Mr. Carlson Thow is the Chief Executive Officer of Treasure Global Inc (NASDAQ: TGL), a leading technology solutions provider. With a proven track record in corporate leadership and business strategy, Mr. Thow brings extensive expertise to Treasure Global.

In his previous role as Group Chief Legal Officer at Nasdaq-listed VCI Global Limited (NASDAQ: VCIG), Mr. Thow was instrumental in leading the company through its transition from a private entity to a publicly listed company on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”). His strategic vision and leadership were key in driving VCI Global’s expansion strategies, revenue growth, and enhancing shareholder value.

Mr. Thow’s business acumen extends beyond legal matters, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, streamline processes, and implement strategic initiatives that drive business performance. His deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance has been crucial in shaping successful business strategies for various organizations.

As CEO of Treasure Global, Mr. Thow leverages his extensive business background and leadership experience to guide the company’s strategic direction, foster innovation, and deliver sustainable growth. Mr. Thow holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, a Master of Laws from the University of Malaya, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lancaster. Additionally, he obtained a Certificate of Legal Practice from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

PUSPARAJAN A/L VADIVELOO

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Pusparajan a/l Vadiveloo serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TGL). With over 11 years of experience in accounting and finance, he has specialized knowledge in the information technology, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Pusparajan earned his Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, graduating in 2015. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Before joining the company, Mr. Pusparajan was the Manager of Finance and Administration at Longbow Solutions Sdn. Bhd., where he managed financial operations, banking and treasury functions, cash flow oversight, financial reporting, compliance matters, and administrative activities. Prior to that, he worked as the Assistant Manager of Accounts and Treasury at Smart Glove Corporation Sdn. Bhd., where he contributed to corporate accounting, treasury management, financial controls, and reporting functions within a large manufacturing environment.

Mr. Pusparajan has a robust professional background in financial management, banking and treasury operations, cash flow management, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and administrative operations.
