Mr. Carlson Thow is the Chief Executive Officer of Treasure Global Inc (NASDAQ: TGL), a leading technology solutions provider. With a proven track record in corporate leadership and business strategy, Mr. Thow brings extensive expertise to Treasure Global.

In his previous role as Group Chief Legal Officer at Nasdaq-listed VCI Global Limited (NASDAQ: VCIG), Mr. Thow was instrumental in leading the company through its transition from a private entity to a publicly listed company on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”). His strategic vision and leadership were key in driving VCI Global's expansion strategies, revenue growth, and enhancing shareholder value.

Mr. Thow's business acumen extends beyond legal matters, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, streamline processes, and implement strategic initiatives that drive business performance. His deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance has been crucial in shaping successful business strategies for various organizations.

As CEO of Treasure Global, Mr. Thow leverages his extensive business background and leadership experience to guide the company's strategic direction, foster innovation, and deliver sustainable growth. His commitment to excellence and strategic foresight positions Treasure Global for continued success in the dynamic technology sector.

Mr. Thow holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, a Master of Laws from the University of Malaya, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lancaster. Additionally, he obtained a Certificate of Legal Practice from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Chan Meng Chun

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Chan Meng Chun is the Executive Director of Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TGL), bringing more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and strategic restructuring. With a proven track record in leading financial operations across publicly listed companies and multinational corporations, Mr. Chan provides strong governance and strategic oversight to support Treasure Global’s growth and profitability objectives.

Throughout his career, Mr. Chan has held senior leadership positions in various industries, including technology, telecommunications, plantation management, engineering, and manufacturing. He has overseen corporate finance, treasury operations, IPO readiness, and organizational restructuring in key roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Ikhasas Group of Companies, Head of Group Treasury at Sime Darby Plantation Berhad, Group Deputy CEO/Chief Financial Officer at Smart Glove Holding Sdn Bhd, and Chief Financial Officer at TS Global Network Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pasukhas Group Berhad and as the Group Financial Controller of Carimin Group of Companies.

Mr. Chan holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Financial Accountants (United Kingdom) and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wales. He is a fellow member of both the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia) and the Institute of Financial Accountants (United Kingdom). With his extensive expertise in financial strategy and capital markets, Mr. Chan plays a pivotal role in shaping Treasure Global’s vision for sustainable growth and long-term shareholder value.

Leong Wei Ping

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Leong is currently serving as an Executive Director of the Asia Television Holdings Limited, which he joined in January 2020. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia, and a Master Degree of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.

Mr. Leong started his professional career with various established professional firms including Big Four accounting firms, KPMG. During his tenure with these professional firms, he specialized in statutory and internal auditing, advisory works including initial and secondary offering, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Additionally, Mr. Leong possesses extensive experience in international business operations, particularly in emerging markets, and has demonstrated capability in strategic planning and organizational development.

Dato' Sri Dr. Darren Tan

Non-Executive Director

Dato' Sri Dr. Darren Tan, an innovative leader and founder of multiple technology enterprises, holds a B.A. (Hons) Degree and a Diploma in Building Management from Sheffield Hallam University. At age 35, he received an Honorary Doctorate in Strategic Financial Management. Specializing in the IT sector, Dato' Sri Dr. Darren offers a wide range of products and services including hardware, software, technical education, applications, and blockchain technology, emphasizing research and development.

In 2007, he founded Ezytronic Co., Ltd., which quickly became a leading IT solutions provider. Under his leadership, Ezytronic achieved accolades such as Dell EMC's Top Core Client in SMB in Malaysia for five years running and Top 1 in Dell Enterprise Solution for three consecutive years.

Dato' Sri Dr. Darren's achievements include the OGB Malaysia Kind Hearts Award in 2019, being named a Top 30 Finalist in Science and/or Technological Development for the Ten Outstanding Young Malaysia and receiving The Most Prominent Entrepreneur Outstanding Men Recognition Award.

Sam Teo

Executive Director

Mr. Sam Teo serves as the Acting Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TGL). A former Chief Executive Officer of the Company, he brings extensive leadership experience across fintech, e-commerce, and high-growth technology ventures.

A seasoned corporate strategist, Sam Teo is recognized for his ability to scale digital-first businesses, build high-performance teams, and drive disciplined execution. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the Company’s strategic direction, strengthening governance, and advancing a sustainable growth and profitability roadmap, with a focus on delivering long-term shareholder value.

Prior to and alongside his tenure at Treasure Global, Sam Teo held key leadership roles, including Director of Business Development at ZCITY and Managing Director of Modes Cube Sdn. Bhd., where he led strategic planning, business expansion, capital allocation, and operational optimization across multiple ventures.

Sam Teo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Tunku Abdul Rahman College. His blend of strategic insight, operational discipline, and sector expertise underpins the Company’s long-term vision and execution.

Datin Nurfatin Binti Mufti

Non-Executive Director

Datin Nurfatin Binti Mufti is the Non-Executive Director of Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TGL), contributing more than fifteen years of experience spanning construction, retail, and food & beverage operations. Her appointment reinforces the Company’s focus on operational excellence, domestic market expansion, and supply-chain strength.

Datin Nurfatin began her career as a Quantity Surveyor, managing cost control, procurement, and contract administration for major residential and commercial projects. She later founded and led a construction contracting company, overseeing materials sourcing, manpower management, and end-to-end project delivery. In 2016, she expanded into the food and beverage retail sector, where she established and operated a successful café business before founding Kampung Fresh Market Sdn. Bhd.—a rapidly growing fresh-food retail chain specializing in seafood sourced directly from local jetties and premium household groceries.

Under her leadership, Kampung Fresh Market expanded to multiple outlets across Selangor, demonstrating her capability in retail scalability, operational efficiency, and supply-chain optimization. Datin Nurfatin’s entrepreneurial track record and multifaceted industry experience add significant depth to Treasure Global’s board as the Company advances its growth initiatives.

YDM Tengku Dato’ Musahiddin Shah Bin Tengku Dato’ Seri Abdul Samad Shah Alhaj

Non-Executive Director

Tengku Dato’ Musahiddin Shah is the Non-Executive Director of Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TGL), bringing more than a decade of experience spanning institutional engagement, corporate leadership, and stakeholder management across government-linked and private-sector environments. His appointment strengthens the Company’s governance framework and supports its long-term strategic positioning in the Southeast Asian market.

Tengku Dato’ Musahiddin Shah has built his career at the intersection of government, institutions, and business, where he has managed complex stakeholder relationships and ensured alignment across multi-party initiatives. His experience includes navigating regulatory and institutional frameworks in Malaysia, supporting organizations in engaging effectively within public-sector ecosystems and broader strategic environments.

He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Primus Jems Sdn Bhd and Director of Ropequest Sdn Bhd, where he led business operations focused on growth execution, operational efficiency, and organizational development. Throughout his leadership roles, he has demonstrated the ability to strengthen business fundamentals while driving structured and sustainable expansion.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he is actively involved in community and youth development initiatives in Selangor and serves on the Board of Trustees of SAY Community, contributing to programs focused on long-term social impact and youth empowerment.

Tengku Dato’ Musahiddin Shah holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication (Public Relations) from Murdoch University, Australia. His multidisciplinary background and institutional experience bring valuable depth to Treasure Global’s Board as the Company continues to advance its regional growth strategy and governance excellence.
