Mr. Chan Meng Chun is the Executive Director of Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TGL), bringing more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and strategic restructuring. With a proven track record in leading financial operations across publicly listed companies and multinational corporations, Mr. Chan provides strong governance and strategic oversight to support Treasure Global’s growth and profitability objectives.
Throughout his career, Mr. Chan has held senior leadership positions in various industries, including technology, telecommunications, plantation management, engineering, and manufacturing. He has overseen corporate finance, treasury operations, IPO readiness, and organizational restructuring in key roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Ikhasas Group of Companies, Head of Group Treasury at Sime Darby Plantation Berhad, Group Deputy CEO/Chief Financial Officer at Smart Glove Holding Sdn Bhd, and Chief Financial Officer at TS Global Network Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pasukhas Group Berhad and as the Group Financial Controller of Carimin Group of Companies.
Mr. Chan holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Financial Accountants (United Kingdom) and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wales. He is a fellow member of both the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia) and the Institute of Financial Accountants (United Kingdom). Mr. Leong is currently serving as an Executive Director of the Asia Television Holdings Limited, which he joined in January 2020. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia, and a Master Degree of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.
Mr. Leong started his professional career with various established professional firms including Big Four accounting firms, KPMG. During his tenure with these professional firms, he specialized in statutory and internal auditing, advisory works including initial and secondary offering, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Additionally, Mr. Leong possesses extensive experience in international business operations, particularly in emerging markets, and has demonstrated capability in strategic planning and organizational development.
Dato' Sri Dr. Darren Tan, an innovative leader and founder of multiple technology enterprises, holds a B.A. (Hons) Degree and a Diploma in Building Management from Sheffield Hallam University. At age 35, he received an Honorary Doctorate in Strategic Financial Management. Specializing in the IT sector, Dato' Sri Dr. Darren offers a wide range of products and services including hardware, software, technical education, applications, and blockchain technology, emphasizing research and development.

In 2016, she expanded into the food and beverage retail sector, where she established and operated a successful café business before founding Kampung Fresh Market Sdn. Bhd.—a rapidly growing fresh-food retail chain specializing in seafood sourced directly from local jetties and premium household groceries.
